Temporal Theory of Truth & Time Fragments Theory
"Time is the Spirit of Matter"

Time is not a backdrop — it is the structure nations, states, and republics are built from. A framework for how human communities are founded, sustained, fractured, and reorganized in time.

About

Levent CaglarWinnipeg, Manitoba

Levent Caglar is an independent theorist and author working at the intersection of philosophy, sociology, and political theory. His work centers on the Temporal Theory of Truth (TTT), a framework he applies to questions of nationhood, statehood, and the foundations of an ethical republic. His central claim is that truth, identity, and political order are not fixed states but temporal processes — structures that must be continuously reconstituted or risk dissolution.

That premise, developed over decades of independent study, runs through his four-volume Temporal Theory of Truth series and its applied extensions: a sociological account of how nations form and fracture (Life of Nations), a normative model of self-governance (The Ethical Republic), and case studies applying the framework to Türkiye and the Kurdish question.

He writes daily — books, essays, and academic articles — testing the theory against historical, sociological, and political material rather than leaving it as abstract philosophy. The published catalog is the visible record of a much longer, ongoing body of research.
